We stand behind all of our products and work diligently to manufacture high-performance gear designed to perform and built to last. All products are subject to inspection and quality control before shipment.
2. Warranty Coverage
2.1 Destroyer Warranty Program
Select products covered under our Destroyer Warranty Program are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
2.2 Standard Warranty

Select outerwear items are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original owner and requires proof of purchase.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, EWT Sportline will repair or replace the product at its discretion, at no cost for the repair or replacement itself.
2.3 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Negligence or improper care

Unauthorized alterations or modifications

Normal wear and tear
Where feasible, damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a nominal repair fee plus shipping charges.

4. Product Cleaning Requirement

All products must be washed prior to return for warranty or repair service.

If an item is received unwashed, a USD $30 laundering fee will be charged.

An additional USD $30 cleaning and repackaging fee will be charged after repair before return shipment.
5. Inspection & Repair Authorization
Upon receipt of the product:

EWT Sportline will evaluate the item for warranty eligibility, or

Provide a repair estimate if the damage is not covered under warranty
No chargeable repair work will be performed without customer approval.
6. Shipping Terms for Warranty & Repairs

All inbound shipments must be pre-paid by the customer

Customers are responsible for using a shipping service with tracking and insurance

EWT Sportline is not responsible for lost or damaged inbound shipments
If a product is deemed defective under warranty, return shipping costs will be covered by EWT Sportline.
Returned items are shipped via standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
