Thank you for shopping with EWT Sportline. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items


Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days (processing time may vary depending on your payment provider).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted)

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ewtsportline.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@ewtsportline.com for instructions.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
